Welcome to Food and Climate

Food and climate stands behind an independent consultant, Magdalena Anna Kropiwnicka, with 20 + years of experience in policy, program and organizational development in support of the local and global efforts in sustainable food systems transformation and improved governance of natural resources.  I combine practical knowledge spanning four continents with multilateral policy and technical expertise gained with UN Agencies, the EU,  non for profit and philanthropic as well as civil society and private sector stakeholders. 
I embrace system thinking and focus on importance of good governance for food and agriculture and health, sustainability and socio-economic outcomes.  Food and Climate offers consultancy services in policy, advocacy and strategy co-facilitation as well as in research and evaluation, including advice on advancing gender equality and inclusion.  I am experienced in leading multistakeholder initiatives at local and international level and facilitating outcome-oriented meetings and workshops while working with diverse and geographically dispersed groups. I believe in the need for assuring inclusive communication in the age of digital revolution and dare to think outside the box to find solutions to organizational, political and environmental bottlenecks.
